How It Works

If you need to sell your house as-is and are in the Dallas/Ft Worth area, DalWorth HomeBuyers is the family-owned and operated business that you can trust. Here is a quick breakdown of how the process works.

1.  Contact Us

The first step in the process is to contact us. You can call, text, or email. We will then schedule a time to come out and assess the property. We want to offer you as much as possible for your home, and the best way for us to do this is to see it in person.

2.  We Make an Offer

We typically make offers on sight when we come see the home. You are under no obligation to accept the offer, nor do we put expiration dates on our offers. We simply let you know what we can offer for the home.

3.  Acceptance of Our Offer

Should you choose to accept our offer, we then put in writing the terms of our agreement. This includes the purchase price we agreed on as well as when you wish to close and sell the home. Most sellers ask for a 30-day timeline for the entire closing process, but we are happy to work with the timeline you prefer.

4.  Clearing Title

We use a title company to clear the title and make sure there are no liens or anything else that would prevent the sale of the home.

5.  Closing

Once clearing title is complete, the last step in the process is to sign the closing documents and fund! We find a time that works for you to sign the documents, and then you choose how the title company releases funds to you. Once this happens, everything is complete!
